Glendale – The Armenian National Committee of America – Glendale Chapter (ANCA Glendale) in partnership with the American Red Cross, the Armenian Cultural Foundation Glendale, Armenian Relief Society “Sepan” Chapter, Homenetmen Glendale “Ararat” Chapter and Armenian Youth Federation “Roupen” Chapter, will host an annual blood drive at the Glendale Youth Center on October 22nd, 2017 from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

According to the American Red Cross, less than 3% of the 24 million residents in Southern California donate blood. One pint of blood can save up to 3 lives and about every 2 seconds someone needs a blood transfusion. Appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome. To be eligible to donate blood you must be at least 16 years of age and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds; valid identification is required.

The October 22nd blood drive will help save countless lives!
